Frequently Asked Questions
The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm followed by the reception, both at GreyHawk Golf Club. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early.
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
We have reserved a hotel block at Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa East. If you would like to book a room, please use the link provided here: Courtyard Marriott.
Shuttle transportation will be provided between the hotel and GreyHawk Golf Club.
To the wedding:
• Shuttle departures from the hotel entrance at 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM
Returning to the hotel:
• Shuttle departures from GreyHawk at 11:30 PM and 1:00 AM
Yes, free parking is available at GreyHawk Golf Club. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following morning if needed.
It is generally easy to get an Uber to GreyHawk from the city, but rides back from the venue can be limited late at night. We recommend planning another way home, such as using the shuttle back to the hotel and requesting an Uber from there.
Formal attire. Please note the ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, so we recommend choosing appropriate footwear and dressing for the weather. Coat racks will be in the lobby free of charge.
Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP. If you have severe allergies or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
We will be offering a host bar after the ceremony and throughout dinner. After that, drinks will be available for purchase. The bar accepts debit, credit, and cash, and there is also an ATM available on site.
As much as we would love to include the little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration.
